Bondi Brewing Co. Launches Microbrewery, Reveals Details of Limited Edition Good Tanks Collaboration Beer Series

One dollar for every beer purchased will be donated to a local community project or charity

Celebrated Bondi-based brewing operation, Bondi Brewing Co., today announces the official opening of its new microbrewery located within the bustling Bondi restaurant, Easy Tiger – a joint venture between Bondi Brewing Co. and House Made Hospitality – and the launch of Good Tanks, its latest, and most community-focused project yet.

Designed to fuse the brand’s passion for the Bondi community – which has been the backbone of Bondi Brewing Co.’s success since its inception in 2018 – with crafting premium quality brews for locals to enjoy, each beer in the Good Tanks series is being developed in collaboration with a renowned local personality or community leader.

Furthermore, in what epitomises Bondi Brewing Co.’s innate passion for supporting worthy causes, for every beer sold, one dollar will be directly donated to each collaborator’s chosen charity or community project.

All beers in the series will be brewed at Bondi Brewing Co.’s brand new microbrewery located at Easy Tiger, and locals will also be able to enjoy these collaborative creations on tap at the venue, along with Bondi Brewing Co.’s core range of beers, which are available year round.

The first beer in the Good Tanks series, the Salties Pacific Lager, which has been brewed in partnership with community group, Bondi Salties in support of Pledge For The Planet, was unveiled during a launch event at Easy Tiger on the evening of Wednesday, 17th January, with further beers to be released in due course.

Paul Parks, Head Brewer, Bondi Brewing Co., says: “For our first major collaboration of 2024 we wanted to highlight local legends and give them the opportunity to not only be part of a fun brewing project, but also give back to a cause that is meaningful to them. It's about bringing people together and creating awareness, one tank at a time.

“I’m really excited to have the opportunity to support the community I know and love, all from our new microbrewery, and in partnership with our mates at House Made Hospitality and Easy Tiger. This year is off to a cracking start, and I can’t wait to bring Bondi locals and beer lovers more tasty brews with a cause in 2024 and beyond.”
